Since its first wedding, Beyond Words Photography, Inc. has been providing brides with customized service and quality pictures.
Throughout our many years in the wedding industry, Beyond Words Photography, Inc. has developed a checklist for wedding pictures, which has proven to be invaluable for couples. Requiring each couple to fill out a checklist before the wedding greatly reduces the risk of overlooking any photos. We understand how important it is to capture the events of the day as they happen while allowing a predetermined amount of time for those traditional shots of you and your family. We never forget the wedding day is YOUR day and we have merely been invited to document your love.
Package Prices
The Ultimate Package - $3395.00
If you are the bride and groom who really want it all, then our Ultimate Package is the one for you.
You will receive: Up to 10 hours of coverage, 350 4”x6” finished prints in an album (you choose from the on-line gallery), CD with all the images from the day & a full copyright release, engagement session*, $300 in enlargements of your choice, 10x10 12-page Renaissance Milano-style album with base pages and mats of your choosing (album is a $600 value if purchased separately).
The Grand Package - $2695.00
If you want lots of coverage time, but don't need a large Renaissance album, the Grand Package is your best choice.
You will receive: Up to 9 hours of coverage, 300 4”x6” finished prints in an album (you choose from the on-line gallery), CD with all the images from the day & a full copyright release, engagement session*, $200 in enlargements of your choice.
The Deluxe Package - $2295.00
If you want great coverage, but don't need the engagement shoot or a large renaissance Album, the Deluxe Package is for you.
You will receive: Up to 8 hours of coverage, 250 4”x6” finished prints in an album (you choose from the on-line gallery), CD with all the images from the day & a full copyright release, $100 in enlargements of your choice.
The Standard Package - $1695.00
If you'd prefer not to have any prints and rather just receive a CD, the Standard Package may be for you. Up to 6 hours of coverage, CD with all images & copyright release. This package does not include an album or any prints. All images will be on your CD and you can have prints made at any lab of your choice. Ceremony and limited reception coverage only.
* Engagement session includes 30 4”x6” finished prints in a pocket album, CD with copyright release, 1-8”x10” & 2-5”x7” prints.

What's Included?
So what's included in the Beyond Words Photography wedding packages? The following is a brief description of what you will receive when choosing Beyond Words Photography for your wedding pictures.
CD With Copyright release
With any of the Beyond Words wedding packages you will receive a CD with all of the images that were taken during your wedding day and a full copyright release. This is an add-on for most wedding photographers, but we include it for no extra charge.
On Line Proofing
Your pictures will be posted on-line approximately 15-20 working days after the wedding and you'll be able to choose all the photos to go into the included album.
You Choose Your Prints
We will shoot hundreds of pictures throughout the day and all of those images will be on your CD, but it doesn't stop there. We don't just hand you a CD and leave the printing up to you. We take care of your initial 4"x6" album.
Each package includes a set number of prints and an album that holds 4"x6" prints. (Except the Standard package, which only includes a CD) After the wedding is posted you simply choose which ones you'd like as prints.
You even have your choice of color or black & white.
